The refund policy is as follows:

1) Contact Customer service within thirty days of retail customer delivery of any DFN product(s) kindly informing us by FAX; email or phone that your retail customer is requesting a refund and why. FAX 858-622-9524 PH: 858-622-0111

2) Once refund responsibility is acknowledged by DFN, Send back the product(s) to 5375 Mira Sorrento Pl. San Diego, CA.. 92121. Please include a copy of the original retail sale. DFN needs to receive returned product and proof of retail sale within 15 days of your requesting a refund as in #1) above.

3) Once the returned product is received, your credit card will be credited for the full original purchase price, plus taxes paid to DFN, if any. If paid by check, a refund check will be issued by DFN. Shipping costs are not refunded.

4) Affiliate commissions, if any, will be debited from the sellers account.
